Together We Can Youth Mentorship Program
TWC program goals include:
Increasing a sense of belonging for Black youth living in low-income or social housing
Helping to build a strong cultural identity for Black youth by matching them with Black mentors
Increasing and encouraging civic engagement through the development of advocacy skills

Brotherhood Mentoring Program
A weekly group mentoring program for African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) male identifying youth, ages 14-18. The program aims to support ACB male identifying youth to strengthen positive feelings about both their selves as males' and their membership within the Black community.
The program focuses on the areas of:
Positive Racial Identity
Community Engagement
Career Development and Occupational Expectations and Attainment
Socioemotional Thriving (gains in resilience, leadership skills, mental health, and a positive sense of self)
Academic achievement and;
Civic Engagement

Day: Tuesdays @ 6:00 - 7:30 PM
Location: Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre
All African, Caribbean and Black male-identified youth are welcome.
