Millennium Learning Centre (MLC)

Visitors are invited to learn to use computers and the Internet at their own pace, in a supportive environment.  

Computers are available to members of the general public on a first come, first serve basis. There is a one hour maximum time limit whenever other visitors are waiting.

No appointment is necessary.

New users of the MLC are required to complete a simple registration form. 

The Millennium Learning Centre provides members of the community with free access to: 

• Telephone

• Photocopying (max. 10 pages)

• Printing (max. 10 pages)

Hours will be posted monthly at the Community House.  

Millennium Learning Centres in Ottawa are an initiative of the Coalition of Community Health and Resource Centres of Ottawa, with the Vanier Community Service Centre acting as the lead agency. They were set up with funding from the Industry Canada Community Access Program (CAP), the Office of Learning Technologies of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and the City of Ottawa.
