Internationally Trained Professionals Mentorship Program

Are you an Internationally Trained Professional?

This 14-week mentorship program for internationally trained professionals will help you build your professional and social network, understand Canadian workplace culture, identify new career possibilities in Canada, and gain the confidence needed to succeed in today's job market!

You Receive:

• 3-month mentorship placement - 12 hours a week for 12 weeks

• Canadian workplace culture and expectations

• Individualized employment counselling

• Workshops and training specifically for job seekers who are ITPs

• Guest speakers, including former ITP participants

Who should apply?

If you arrived in Canada in the last 10 years and have...

• Professional training or experience from outside Canada

• Most recent education from outside of Canada

• Reading and writing proficiency in English (minimum CLB 7/IELTS 6)

• Permanent Residency, Convention Refugee or Protected Status

Past Placements have been in Community Outreach, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design, Social Work, Human Resources, Health Care, Translation, and more! We work with you to find the ideal placement based on your unique transferrable skills and career goals.
